New Year Delivery Update

Holidays and delivery expectations

Due to ongoing strike action with Royal Mail, orders are still taking significantly longer to work through the postal system. We have been despatching all orders (including FREE delivery) in the usual 1-2 day time frame, but have no control over the time taken by Royal Mail to sort, process and deliver everything. This has also impacted all other shipping options.

This means that we have to assume that any physical orders placed after 20th December are unlikely to arrive until January 2023. Our offices are also closed from Friday 23rd December 2022 until Tuesday 3rd January 2023, but any orders or enquiries received during this time will be sorted out ASAP. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time for everyone, and most of all - thank you for your support and custom.
