This is a tough decision we've taken after several months of trying to overcome new import fees, surprise extra charges, long delivery delays and destroyed or returned parcels. We’re working hard to sort an effective workaround and hope to share an update soon.

“Why have you paused USA shipping?”
Over the last few months, a growing number of USA parcels have been hit with very high duties, extra paperwork, and unexpected handling fees. Deliveries that should take days have stretched to four or five weeks, and we’ve seen more returns and undelivered or destroyed parcels than ever before. We don’t believe this offers the level of service our USA customers deserve.
We’ve also seen an increase in 1-star feedback reviews, purely because of international shipping problems. This is especially upsetting, as these issues aren't even connected to the hard work and efforts of our team.
“Is this permanent?”
No. This is a temporary pause whilst we work on several new delivery and duty-paid options that should make USA delivery smoother and much more reliable, with less fees and paperwork for everyone. We’re also considering listing characters online with USD pricing.
“How long will it take?”
We hope to share a positive update within the next few weeks and start sending our characters out to the USA again with minimal hassle and fees.
“Can I still buy DCUK characters in the USA?”
You can still find DCUK characters across the USA through the Enesco LLC stockist map. Search by Brand using
