We usually send out each order within two to three working days.
All UK and Channel Islands deliveries now have a flat shipping cost of £3.95 with Royal Mail Tracked 48. UK and Channel Islands orders over £40 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping/Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Express Shipping/Royal Mail Tracked 24 to the same locations is £6.95 and will be dispatched the same day if placed before 1pm.
We also offer Express delivery with DPD, this has a cost of £8.95 and will be dispatched the same day if placed before 1pm.
All orders are shipped in DCUK branded boxes. If you are sending a gift and would like an unbranded box, just pop us a note at the checkout.
During the Royal Mail strikes we will continue to dispatch orders however, they will not be collected until the next working day after the strikes by Royal Mail. Please allow extra time for delivery if selecting either of our Royal Mail services. Alternately we do have a DPD option.
Shipping to countries within the EU is £11.95 for Zone 1 and £19.95 for Zone 2. The relevant zone will be displayed as part of the checkout. Please allow 1 week for delivery.
At the moment, some orders may incur local Import Duty and taxes, which you may be asked to pay on delivery of your order. We’ll do what we can to help, but DCUK cannot be held responsible for these charges.
For the Rest of the World, it’s £24.95. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery with any international orders.

If you've ordered any non-personalised character from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, then you are entitled to do so.
Any money that you have paid to us will be refunded, provided that the items have not been in your possession for more than seven working days after the day on which you received the items. (‘Working Day’ means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Please return the item to: DCUK, Diptford, Devon, TQ9 7NG with your name, address and order number. If the item is in a saleable condition, your refund will be made to your original card, minus the delivery charge.
Characters with Personalization
Some of our characters can be personalised. We cannot issue a refund for personalized items, but in any case, contact us as we will do our best to help you.
Items Damaged On Arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should refuse the accept the delivery and contact us immediately. Please also contact us within 7 days with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier.
Please contact us and we will arrange to get the goods back and either repair or replace your goods.
Items Not As Ordered
If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered (i.e. wrong type), then we require that you notify us within 7 days to arrange the correct goods to be sent. Please note that goods made from natural products like wood or stone will differ slightly from pictures, and are not replaceable if different.
You will receive a refund via your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 30 days after the cancellation of your order.
Goods Or Order Duplicated
In the event that that your order or goods have been duplicated by mistake, then please notify us as soon as possible.
