Delivery Details

Here's some information about how we can get your DCUK goodies to you speedily, safely, and securely - wherever you may be. If you've got any other queries, or would like to speak to someone, please call 01803 866846 or ideally, contact us online here and send a message.

Please note: All online orders (standard, FREE and express) are only dispatched Monday to Friday, during the working week. We do not send out orders over the weekend, or during bank holidays. Thank you.


UK Delivery

We usually dispatch all UK orders within 2-3 working days (no orders are dispatched on Saturday or Sunday, or bank holidays).

Royal Mail Tracked 48 and FREE delivery orders then take a further 2-3 days to arrive with customers, depending on your local depot.

All UK and Channel Islands deliveries now have a flat shipping cost of £4.95 with Royal Mail Tracked 48. UK and Channel Islands orders over £40 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping/Royal Mail Tracked 48. 

Express Shipping/Royal Mail Tracked 24 to the same locations is £7.95 and will be dispatched the same working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) if placed before 1pm. Express orders placed after 1pm on Friday, will be dispatched on the following Monday, unless it's a bank holiday.

All orders are shipped in DCUK branded boxes. If you are sending a gift and would like an unbranded box, just pop us a note at the checkout.


EU Delivery

Shipping to countries within the EU is £11.95 for Zone 1 and £19.95 for Zone 2. The relevant zone will be displayed as part of the checkout. Please allow 1 week for delivery.

Good news! You no longer need to worry about those pesky import duties and taxes when placing your order. DCUK will now take care of any applicable import charges on your behalf, so there are no unexpected fees to pay on delivery. We know how frustrating surprise costs can be, and we’re pleased to make your shopping experience smoother and more straightforward.

Please note that plain packaging is unavailable for European customers due to EU regulations - sorry!


USA Delivery

We’ve got some exciting news: we’re getting closer and closer to launching a brand new website just for our US customers: dcuk.com/us

As part of this change, we will no longer be sending our characters to the USA from this website. Instead, all US orders will be fulfilled through our new dedicated site.

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a smoother experience, helping to avoid import fees, unexpected charges, and delivery delays.

We can’t wait to share more very soon and thank you for your continued support! 


International Delivery

For the Rest of the World, it’s £24.95. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date of dispatch for delivery with any international orders. 

Some orders incur local Import Duty and taxes, which you may be asked to pay on delivery of your order. We’ll do what we can to help, but DCUK cannot be held responsible for these charges.


Returns Policy

If you've ordered any non-personalised character from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, then you are entitled to do so. 

Any money that you have paid to us will be refunded, provided that the items have not been in your possession for more than seven working days after the day on which you received the items. (‘Working Day’ means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays). 

Please return the item to: DCUK, Diptford, Devon, TQ9 7NG with your name, address and order number. If the item is in a saleable condition, your refund will be made to your original card, minus the delivery charge.


Characters with Personalisation

Some of our characters can be personalised. We cannot issue a refund for personalised items, but in any case, contact us as we will do our best to help you.


Items Damaged On Arrival

If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should refuse the accept the delivery and contact us immediately. Please also contact us within 7 days with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier. 

Please contact us and we will arrange to get the goods back and replace them.


Items Not As Ordered

If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered (i.e. wrong type), then we require that you notify us within 7 days to arrange the correct goods to be sent. Please note that our characters are all individually made and so, poses, paint detail, and bamboo markings may vary from the photos, and are not replaceable if different. 

You will receive a refund via your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 30 days after the cancellation of your order.


Goods Or Order Duplicated

In the event that that your order or goods have been duplicated by mistake, then please notify us as soon as possible.
