Delivery Details
Here’s some information about how we get your DCUK goodies to you speedily, safely, and securely. If you have any other questions or would like to speak with someone, please call 01803 866846 or contact us online here and send a message.
We usually ship all orders within 2–3 business days (no orders are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK holidays). Please allow up to 2 weeks from the dispatch date for delivery to the USA.
Good news! DCUK takes care of import duties and handling charges for you, so you can focus on the fun. All costs are included upfront, meaning when your DCUK Character arrives, it’s all smiles and no extra fees to worry about!
All orders are shipped in DCUK-branded boxes. If you are sending a gift and would like an unbranded box, just leave us a note at checkout.
Returns Policy
If you ordered any non-personalized character from us but decide you want to cancel your order, you are entitled to do so before the order has been dispatched. Any payment you have made will then be refunded to your original payment method as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 30 days after the order cancellation.
Characters with Personalization
Some of our characters can be personalized. We cannot issue a refund for personalized items, but please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Items Damaged On Arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should refuse the accept the delivery and contact us immediately. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier. Please note that all DCUK characters are individually made, so poses, paint details, and bamboo markings may vary from the photos and are not considered defects.
If this was not possible and you have accepted the delivery, please contact us immediately and we will arrange to get the goods back and either repair or replace your goods.
Any payment you have made will be refunded, provided the items have not been in your possession for more than seven business days after you received them. (“Business days” means all days except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)

Include your name, address, order number and reason for return. If the item is in resalable condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the delivery charge.
Items Not As Ordered
If you receive items that differ from what you ordered (for example, the wrong type), please notify us within 7 days so we can send the correct items.

Goods Or Order Duplicated
If your order or items have been duplicated by mistake, please notify us as soon as possible.
