Refunds and Returns
Goods without Personalization
If you have ordered goods from us but later decide to cancel your order, you are entitled to do so and receive a refund, provided the items have not been in your possession for more than 7 business days after you received them. (“Business days” means all days except Saturdays, Sundays, and UK public holidays.)
Please return the item to: DCUK, Diptford, Totnes, Devon TQ9 7NG, UK, and include your name, address, and order number. If the item is in resalable condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the delivery charge.
Goods with Personalization
Some of our products can be personalized. We cannot issue a refund for personalized items, but please contact us - we will do our best to help you.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 30 days after the cancellation of your order.
Refunds may take 5-7 workings days to appear back on your method of payment.
Goods Damaged on Arrival
If your items arrive visibly damaged, you should refuse delivery and contact us immediately. Please also contact us within 7 days with details of the damage. This helps us resolve the issue quickly with our courier.
We will arrange for the items to be returned and either repaired or replaced.
Goods not as Ordered
If you receive items that differ from what you ordered (for example, the wrong type), please notify us within 7 days so we can send the correct items.
Please note that items made from natural materials may vary slightly from the pictures and are not considered defective or replaceable if different.
Goods or Order Duplicated
If your order or items have been duplicated by mistake, please notify us as soon as possible.
