Goods without personalization: If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, then you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us refunded, provided that the goods have not been in your possession for more than 7 Working Days after the day on which you received the goods (‘Working Day’ means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Please return the item to: DCUK, Diptford, Devon, TQ9 7NG with your name, address and order number (providing the item is in a saleable condition) your refund will be made to your original card minus the delivery charge.
Goods with personalization:
Some of our products can be personalized. We cannot issue a refund for personalized items, but in any case, contact us as we will do our best to help you.
Refunds: You will receive a refund via your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 30 days after the cancellation of your order.
Goods Damaged On Arrival:
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should refuse the accept the delivery and contact us immediately. Please also contact us within 7 days with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier. Please contact us and we will arrange to get the goods back and either repair or replace your goods.
Goods Not As Ordered:
If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered (i.e. wrong type), then we require that you notify us within 7 days to arrange the correct goods to be sent. Please note that goods made from natural products like wood or stone will differ slightly from pictures, and are not replaceable if different.
Goods Or Order Duplicated:
In the event that that your order or goods have been duplicated by mistake, then please notify us as soon as possible.
